I'm Nacho Mama
My garden is still bearing tons of produce from tomatoes to peppers and more. So after making all my other favorite tomato recipes, alas, we turned to nachos. Because I am - Nacho Mama.
After Bear went to bed (seriously, who could actually taste let alone enjoy this with a toddler around) I put tortilla chips on a plate, covered with seasoned taco beef and then smothered it with a mixture of homemade salsa and cheese and all the garden leftovers. How's that for a quick and easy nacho recipe.
I highly recommend this to anyone in need of a good ole fashioned pig-out.

That looks delicious.
We are also taking advantage of a tomato glut - along with an overabundance of jalapeƱo peppers - and making and freezing salsa today!
Oh man...I sooooo know what I'm having for dinner. I wish, wish, wish I had space for a garden.

Those look yummy. We decided to try container gardening on our deck and it looks like I'll have a bunch of tomatoes in a few weeks. Now if I had only planted some peppers!
I love nachos. A lot. I've had to cut myself off for a while because I was feeling guilty about eating them so much. Those look really yummy, though ....
oh that looks delicious... mmmmmm!
I really wish the deer had stayed away from my tomato plants, I'd be making that myself if I had some!
