Whenever I'm out and about, I tend to think of Children of the Corn a lot. I seem to run into cast members, if you know what I mean!
And I have never seen Children of the Corn. Swear.

Wow.... Gorgeous! The colors.... It could be a pattern for a fabric or beads of some sort.
Now that is amazing! Wow.
Oooooh! That is so pretty. I can hardly ever resist buying a few decorative ears of corn. Then when I get home I belatedly realize, OOPS, I don't HAVE anywhere to actually put decorative corn. But hey. It's too gorgeous to turn down, right?
I'm thinking so THAT's how they make those red and blue chips with my salsa..

I have this fortunate memory issue and things I watched or did before 1985 are a blur if anything-- therefore Children of the Corn has been wiped other than the opening and a bit of the middle-- nothing to bug me in the dark.
I couldn't work out what you photo was for awhile. I've never seen corn like that before! I wonder if they have them here....

Oh, but its so pretty! Like old fashioned Christmas bulbs or something...I don't think I've seen all of Children of the Corn, so maybe that's why I got all weird and sentimental instead of freaked. Or maybe I'm just weird. :)

I would never. EVER. watch such a scary movie. BUT I love your photo of ornamental corn. I have never seen such a photo. Spectacular. I used to grow it in my garden (when I lived where one could have a big garden). Although I hated "corn worms," I loved husking it because each one was like Christmas. Never knew what would be inside, but it was always beautiful!

Beautiful photo's! When I round up my kids and their friends I usually refer to them as "Children of the Corn." When my daughter finally asked what it meant, she was horrified by the answer. :)
