That is hilarious. My son loves to wear bike helmets- his are princess, though (hand me downs from big sis). He will NOT wear a ball cap or sun hat or other hat that isn't duct taped to his head but a helmet? Sure!
Bahahaha!! I read the title, scrolled down and almost spit out my drink all over my laptop. YOU RULE! That was awesome. My dogs would be eating that helmet.
LMAO...now thats the way to be creative. Yes my friend, it was 112 for about 4 days, give or take a degree. That was at 3:30 in the afternoon. Its cooled down to the high 90's today but will be back up this weekend. Happy WW and thanks for stopping by:)
I am viewing your page with my son...and he thinks "a dog with a helmet" is cool! He was saying it over and over again. Your son must have thought so too
SOO TRUE!!! Monday, my 5 year old was at a pool with another family with a 5 year old and a 7 year old. The diving sticks were in the 9 feet of water. The mom didn't want to go get them until the end because of her ears popping. My 5 year old said he would do it. (I knew he could go to 6 feet, but he has never gone to 9 feet). He DID IT!! Well, the 7 year old was all like "game on" and he did it too. The mom told me he has been trying to do that for WEEKS!
That is one incredible patient dog. Although if helmets are ok I bet halloween costumes would be ok too. ;)
When I polled my 5 and 6 year olds about whether or not they wear helmets in my 4-H group, it was a resounding no. Maybe it only works to convince them if you live in a really residential area. Out here in the country most people don't even own bikes....
There's NO WAY my dog would let me put anything on his head like that, much less let me snap a picture :)
I've been lucky, my son won't get on his bike without his helmet and has always been that way...prolly cause I told him his brains would fall out if he fell and wasn't wearing a helmet...
Nothing like peer pressure!
That is priceless.
Hahahaha! How funny! What a wonderful picture! :)
what a great idea! Mine child won't let me get close to him with one.
I must get myself a Max! He is such a good sport to put up with the toddler and modeling for you.
Love it!
Monkey see, monkey do!

Very funny shot!
This is just perfect!
SO CUTE!!!
That is so funny! You are a smart woman.
What a tolerant dog!
Bahahaha!! I read the title, scrolled down and almost spit out my drink all over my laptop. YOU RULE! That was awesome. My dogs would be eating that helmet.
Your pooch is so good to put up with all he gets. I wish mine would be more helpful with the kiddo.

That is awesome! You should sell that to a greeting card company or something. :)
What a very patient dog!
Excellent picture, as always!
That is the best thing I've seen in a while. Made me laugh so much I snorted a little.
Friendly role model.
Happy WW!
Aww. What a good sport! Such a sweetie. :)
I am viewing your page with my son...and he thinks "a dog with a helmet" is cool! He was saying it over and over again. Your son must have thought so too
How do you get that darling dog to pose for you? He is so cute!!! What a darling picture!!
Have a good WW - Kellan
That is totally awesome! A great shot...not to mention a great idea!
Now THAT is a classy looking helmet!
Oh my gosh that is hilarious... I wonder if Duke-the-Dog would make that sacrifice for his the good of his BFF, Harrison? LOL!
Actually, it hasn't been too much of a problem around here. Harrison wears his helmet around the house just to play, like he's Rain Man or something.
Well now that is just too cute for words!
that is TOTALLY adorable! he looks like a patient doggie
Ha!
Awww what a good pup! When does he learn to ride? ;)
Priceless. Have you put training pants on him too?
So cute! How in the world do you get your dog to do things like this? I love it.
Karys is okay right now with her helmet but who knows how she'll be later...
lol! cool one... Happy WW! mine's up too hope you can drop by.
BWAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHHAHAHAHA!!!!
Looks like a great fit!! Too funny, hope your plan worked :)
Holy crap... that's so awesome!

Positive peer pressure.
KEEP BELIEVING
He doesn't look very happy about that! :)
I hope it worked, though.
How perfect! Feels like I say that around here a lot. :)
He should definitely be on a poster for kids to admire. :)
LOLOL! That is so funny - thanks for sharing that bit of silly!
Pets do make role models, at times :)
SHUT UP. Can you print that picture in a poster and sell it to me?
My kids would hang that on their walls in a nanosecond. AND have safe craniums to boot.
I'm going to have to try that. Too funny. My kids would die if I put a helmut on our dog. Love it!
That dog is so amiable! Fun picture and creative parenting! I like that!
TM
How funny!
But mom, all my friends wear Clifford the Big Red Dog helmets!!
Hmmmph!!!
LOL this dog deserves a gold medal in stoicism in times of crisis.
Well, of course. The toddler would not want anyone/anydog to wear HIS hat. That just is not allowed according to the rules of todlerhood. ;)
Love this shot - it's great!
That's great!
LOL.. So cute.
-Amy @ The Q Family
THAT IS HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!
My dog would have been freaking out!!!!!!!
Your pup is so adorable :) And safe!
Oh WOW!! I love that shot, the colours are so gorgeous!
That dog would look cute in anything, I swear.
very cute!
I should try this on the worlds fastest dog who happens to live here.
haha, did it work???
Of course, my perverted brain went straight to teaching sex education using farm animals.
Cute doggy!
Almost made *me* want to wear one. Almost.
Canis Armstrong, hee hee!

HAPPY WW!
Ha! To late for me....where were you 5 years ago? :)
Really cute. :)
Girl, you KILL me with your wit and great ideas...did it work???
And the dog is so much safer this way, too!! Right. He/she looks thrilled.
If not a toddler...perhaps an errant elder too..
LOL too funny! We had to fashion one from an egg box for 'Tigger' who then rides in the seat on the back of daughter's bike.
LOL! Thats a fantastic idea....now all I need is a dog.
OMG!!!!!!! Too freakin adorable. I posted pics of my look-alike pooch this week too!
DARN cute. Woof!
But HOW to bribe a dog?!
Brilliant, as always.
Happy weekend,
Heidi
Brilliant.
You're a diabolical genius.
How did you pull that off? The dog looks mesmerized!
LOL! That is TOO funny! What a good dog you have!
How cute!!!!! :)
Oh, ha ha!!! Safety first :)
This is really adorable. A great ad for bike safety month . . . when is that???
Just checked! June is National Safety Month!!!
AND, May is national Bike Safety Month . . .
That is an awesome photo!
Hahaha!! Love it!! My childhood pet used to let me dress her in doll clothes and put blush on her little furry cheeks. Ahhh, memories...
My dog needs one of these. But only because she routinely misjudges the corner leading into the kitchen.
You have to have the coolest dog in all the world. That is so stinking funny!
Always good to be safe. You never know what is out there.
I don't know what I like more: the picture or the caption! What a great idea, that is just too funny!
You are a smart woman. And your dog is such a good sport!
LOL!!!! If only we had a dog...
