Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe

Strawberry Spinach Salad
20 oz fresh spinach
3/4 cup whole pecans (toasted 5 min @ 350)
2 pints fresh strawberries (sliced)

1/3 C red wine vinegar
1 t dry mustard powder
1 t salt
1 1/2 T minced onion
1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
1 C oil

Mix spinach, pecans and strawberries in a large bowl. Mix all the dressing ingredients in the blender until well blended. Toss over salad and serve.
