Keeping Your Stove Top Clean
The next time your stove top is dirty (like when a pot runneths over when you turn your back just for an instant) - try using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to clean it up. EVEN for ceramic tops.
We used to purchase the expensive specially formulated stove top cleaner but really had to work hard to remove the gunk.
The Magic Eraser truly works wonders with a little water and WITHOUT needing any elbow grease! Now that's my kind of cleaning! It works for me!
Smart, short, sweet!
Wow, I'll have to try this one! I usually put in the elbow grease, especially after a day of home canning!
I have heard so many good things about these! I'm going to have to try them!
Magic Erasers rock!
Thanks for sharing!
I LOVE those things! They are the only thing that works for me.
Good to know! Those Magic Eraser sponges are amazing! How do they possibly work so well??

these things are wonderful :)
my hubby also will wipe my stove top down w/ windex after I clean it... it makes it shine beautifully!
oh thanks! I just ran out of the ceramic cleaning stuff a few days ago and the stove is gettin' kinda gross - I have some magic erasers and never even thought to use them!!
great WFMW
That's great
I've tried so many products But to no avail..
Hope this one will work wonders on my stove

You are a genius ~ Gotta go clean my stove top! It's my pet peeve. I have a black flat stove top.

Just be careful with those around little ones. The "magic" is powerful chemicals that can burn sensitive skin!
We use the magic eraser for everything...and they make generic versions now which cost less and do the same thing :)
Yippee :)

I use these for the stove as well! Magic Erasers make quick work of the greasy residue that sticks to the corners next to the gas element and the vent.
Thanks for the tip. I have also tried the other cleaners and nothing really worked that great.

I'll have to try it out. I've been cleaning my stove top with my Epicure Selections All-Purpose Cleaner and their Micro-Fibre cleaning clothes. It got everything EXCEPT one freaking patch of nastiness. It's so gross *shudders*
Ok, off to try it out! Thanks for the tip lovely lady!!
I've used that for a few things but hadn't thought about trying it for the stovetop. Thanks!
I had no idea you could use Magic Erasers for your stove top. I'll pick one up today from the store!
If this works, you are my new hero!! Thanks.
I use these, they are great!
I've got to get one of those, i hear a lot of good things about them.
I love this stuff. Even blogged about it, but haven't tried it on the stove top, which I'm not sure I like. (new)
I'll have to try that...I've delayed trying them because I've seen some kids have allergic reactions...I have really sensitive skin so haven't tried them yet. I'm going to go buy one though...thanks!
I'm in the Netherlands and I believe those are called Magic Sponges over here. I've used them on the stovetop, I agree with you they're great!
Those erasers are amazing. I get the Scotch brand. They are much cheaper than Mr Clean brand. I use that thing all over the house. =)
I LIVE for these!
They also rock at cleaning the shower- no need for sprays, etc. Just dampen them and your soap residue disappears! I swear!
Just a note, I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin...break out from everything...and I have not had any reaction after using them for a couple of years!
I think I should have stock in this company!
:)
Wonders just never cease with the magic of this product! I'll certainly have to try this out! Thanks for sharing!
We don't have them here, but I've heard good news about them.
I *love* the magic erasers! They really do work wonders on the stovetop, and I can also get my guy to clean the bathroom with one.
Ohh how I wish they'd work on my ceramic stovetop! I've tried a couple times but they don't work on my cooktop. They work for just about everything else though!
If you ever find the Magic Eraser not working, check out what has worked for me.
