Take That Old Man Murphy
Wait-eth! I have an idea. Cue the light bulbs.

I need to patent inexpensive micro GPS units that attach to pacifiers, sippy cups, favorite toys (as in, if they're missing you're skee-roooood) that GO MIA when you need them MOST.
Step right up to our little secret. You can pre-order now.

This is another terrific shot!
I have loved taking reflection pictures for years...wine glasses, mirrors, anything shiny, I'm there, always been a fun photographic fascination.
Well done!
great photo and that idea is a licence to print money and join the ranks of Bill Gates et all.
I will take a dozen ...think of all wasted hours I have lost
Great idea. I'd buy one. We're forever losing pacifiers. I just know there's some paci sucking monster lurking in my house somewhere.
Love that shot!! Once again, very creative, my friend.
Good idea.
I bought "back-up blankies" for my kids when I realized their allegiance towards these things. Sound like a good idea? Yeah, well, then they needed to have BOTh blankies at all times. So I had to buy back-ups to the back-ups for fear I'd lose those.
I did it for a bear and an owl too.
I'm screwed. Patent your thangie would ya'?
That is a TERRIFIC idea. Sign me up. Oh and of course, awesome shot. How??? Do you do it?
I share your pain. I need to do it for keys and cell phones too!
Nice shot too!
LOL! Great photography!
Have a blessed and wonderful day!
smiles, kari & kijsa
This is why we had probably 10 nukies at any given time? Granted, some were hiding under chairs with cat hair all over them (eeewwww!) but there was always one to be found! Unfortunately I was not rich enough to have 10 of every favorite toy. But living with an OCD toddler made that Ok, too, as he always knew where everything was! :)
Great shot, as always. I had to show my aspiring photographer hubby your WW shots yesterday ~ he was as impressed as I am!
That device would make you a gigundo fortune. Just sayin'...
only if I can put them on my keys, as well as my ID....sign me up!
I will take two. After searching the entire house we found my kids loveys on the neighbors lawn tonight. That is an hour of my life I will never get back.
Ha! I have threatened to be an internal GPS system in my daughter's precious bunny. If you figure it out, I will totally fork over the money.
Great job on the photo too ;)
Great shot!!!
OK. Sign me up for those GPS units!!! I'm in desperate need . . . I have purchased so many pacifiers it is unbelievable . . . wait a minute. There are other mothers out there. They know exactly what I am talking about!
Or one of those things that beeps when you clap, so then you can go around your house clapping and listening. Oh wait, I guess it might be hard to hear the beeps when you've got a kid screaming for his paci...back to the drawing board.
Good luck!
Great shot! I'll take a couple GPS's:)
Thanks for visiting! And if you delve into the abyss of the history of my quasi pathetic blos, you'll find that HAIKU is something I LOVE too
Pure genius!
Aw, dear, brilliant 'ku!
Get to work engineering that idea will ya!? It's a good one. Sure to make you millions. Just make it teensy tiny enough to fit on the doggy bone from my daughter's Littlest Pet Shop set that's smaller than a grain of rice and always goes missing. One day I'm not going to be able to find it and all hell is going to break loose...
ps - thanks for stopping by my wee bloggie, and be sure to visit my other (main) blog too...
Great Shot! Love the idea of the GPS's!!
Oh yes, I hear ya. It doesn't change as they grow older - only the objects needing tagging changes: Can I preorder chips for electronic games, cell phones, boots (!), school books and/or boys' heads?!
Heidi
PS Fabu picture.
Frankly, I need them for that stuff and my keys. Yeah. Oh, and cell phone.
Oh great shot!!
I would take one of those devices. Everything is always missing at one point or another...
Not exactly fun when that happens. That patent idea is awesome. That would save me lots of time searching for the darn things.
Another terrific photo!! Do you submit these for competitions?
I need...oh...about a million please. Do I get a discount?
Thanks MG for all of your kind words, support and prayers over the last couple of weeks.
I remember those days. My son always insisted on carrying at least two, sometimes five at a time. Try tracking that. I feel for you. Really, I do.
Definitely for keys. Oh, and that OTHER shoe. Sheesh... I could go on forever.
Great shot too!
Sign me up, I need one for keys!
Yep, I have to agree with the GPS for infant and toddler favorites. When W.W.'s blanket turns up missing I'm at wits ends trying to find it then to learn he left at daycare! WAH!
Clever idea!
Do you have a patent yet?
If not, then you should ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
I think they go to the place where all of the mismatched socks are hiding.
If only that would work for my mind. I've been looking for it ever since Princess was born and haven't had any luck.
I like that idea. And that picture is AMAZING!!! Great shot!
Love the reflections!
I also totally believe in MAMA'S LAW, which is like Murphy's Law...only worse.
great idea. me? i need a clapper for my keys.
LOL...awesome!
Awesome. I'll take 10 please.
great photo.
great idea. i'd buy two or three! :)
Ugh. My son left his lovey in a hotel drawer. We had to have a protracted mourning period which involved copious amounts of vodka for mommy. I feel for ya!
I'll take a few dozen PLEASE!!
love the picture. I am almost sold on the macro lens! Good luck finding the binky! I hated that!
I was seriously looking for GPS devices for my children recently. But theres nothing small enough accept a telephone - my DS would lose a phone in a week - no a day. So if you invent something small enough to put in his clothing for a reasonable amount (under $150/each) and affordable monthly monitoring I am so in.
Would love to see your blog at HerBlogDirectory.com
Another awesome shot!!
