Me. Revisited.
Sadly, this blog is a meme landfill. Chrissy tagged me last so I thought I'd redeem myself (translation, do one, ignore the next 12 months of them).
Here are 7 spellbinding things about me; the BC (before child) and AD (after delivery) edition.
1- BC: I once modeled for a rock climbing catalog.
AD: I put the 'tank' in tankini.
2- BC: I rock climbed and scaled cliffs fearlessly.
AD: I climb the mini rock wall on my son's playset fearfully.
3- BC: I thought my Mom was clueless.
AD: My mom is a GENIUS.
4- BC: I was actually a wee bit creative. My oil paintings hung (as in NOT SOLD) in art galleries.
AD: I finger paint. Occasionally, they hang on the fridge.
5- BC: Bloody Mary.
AD: Martini.
6- BC: While working downtown one day, my car was shot at.
AD: While parked at Target, I got a door ding. Oh the horror.
7- BC: I had a weakness for chocolate chip cookies.
AD: I've never met a chocolate chip cookie I didn't respect.

I LOVE rock climbing. Sadly, I haven't done any since... oh, yes, since I got pregnant with child #1. I was never as good as you apparently were, but still -- isn't it a magnificent feeling? I hope we both get to have that back someday. :)
Cookies? Oye! There are no cookies in this house. Now that'll be all I can think about.

I used to be huge into hiking too. Now that I think about that I'm both envious and I want to slap myself. What was I thinking, a little 20 year old, going off scaling rocks all by myself?
There's lots of great hiking here, but there are also javalinas. Coyotes and snakes never bothered me before, why am I scared now?
